Job Title: Accounts & Administrative Assistant
- Handle full set of accounts, payroll, CPF, HR & tax matters
- Maintenance of proper accounting records and filing system
- Support operations and general day-to-day administrative duties
- Provide secretarial support to Managing Director
- Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Minimum ‘O’ levels or equivalent
- 2-3 years relevant experience
- Committed, independent & meticulous with a keen eye for details
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with business associates)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
